I have a Pocket Coil, and from my experience Pocket Coils or Memory foam will only be as good as the base you put them on.

If you get one of those metal frames with 6 legs, your springs wont bounce, but your whole bed can shake.

as an aside I at first read the title as Jimmy Long Legs. I was going to tell you that you can actually buy beds that are 4" longer and 4" narrower than normal King Mattresses, they are hard to find but they are called California Kings. Its also vary hard to find sheets for them.
