Does Jay Feaster get consideration for a GM Job?
I was listening to a podcast yesterday and they were talking about the Flames success and Feaster's picks being a big part of it and it got me thinking. Will Feaster be considered for any open GM jobs this off-season?
His stock is rising with the Flames success after he was pretty much ridiculed during his tenure here. I almost wonder if a situation like Toronto where they already have the 'hockey' guy in Mark Hunter and the analytics guy in Kyle Dubas and Shanahan above him likely with the final call on everything would consider Feaster? You'd think a lot of big name guys wouldn't want to go into a position where they can't hire their assistants and won't have final say.
