I started a thread here a few years ago and got the Tempurpedic. I was a little unsure because its not cheap, but I can't possibly recommend it highly enough! Its just excellent, and as far as not feeling someone else move its far superior to the coil mattresses. Its totally worth every penny, and I can't see you being disappointed in terms of comfort, feeling the other person move or the neck/shoulder pain. Just such a great bed.
