So because a few women want to be able to be topless at the beach without being stared at, one of the following will happen:
A) Somehow, all of society will turn off thousands of years of evolution and have all men and women ignore their relative attraction to symmetry and proportions and thus ushering in an age of beautiful acceptance where looks no longer matter.
B) Girls who are not happy with their appearance will now feel uncomfortable at beach with the new added pressure of having to either go topless or feel weird for still wearing a top i.e. like wearing a shirt in a pool.
I think I know which one will happen.
