If I am in public, I am still the only one in control of my body and if I become uncomfortable with other's reactions, I can cover myself again. Once I'm on the internet, I no longer have some sense of control over things.

In addition, have you seen how people spew hate on the internet? That's just what I want; anonymous people slamming my tits in a way the whole world can point and laugh. You just don't get that in person. I am not about to put myself in a position when I can be cyber-bullied.

There's a whole slew of reasons why I wouldn't want my pictures on the internet but in public is fine. That you even asked shows exactly why I don't go around topless.... someone out there thinks that since you're in public, you are asking for photos to be posted on the internet.

You know what FireFly I agree, and I will say that my opinion has changed on this topic. I use to think that if women didn't want to have their photo taken then don't take your top off. In fact I voiced this opinion when what's her face Kate was photographed using a high power lense.

Now, I agree with you and I think you hit the nail on the head when you said:
