Distracting the batter/hiding the ball. Heck these guys will do almost anything to make themselves better. I could see a pitcher trying for an edge getting a couple baseballs tattooed on his arm to make it more difficult for the batter to pick up the pitch. I believe theoretically the umps can require the pitcher to remove necklaces if they believe it is distracting.

I know when I took umpire training (fastball, a long time ago) eny jewelery was supposed to be removed, even earring studs. I always thought that was going a bit far, until last season in my slow pitch league (called the "Beer & Pizza" league) - a lady playing second took a bad bounce and it pushed the stud in her lip through the lip. It was ugly. And the ball wasn't hit all that hard.
