The violation is only done when a picture of ANYONE is taken on private property without the consent of the person involved. The fact that men and women decide to walk around without a shirt is beside the point.
I also laugh at people who complain the shows like GoT, Banshee have a lot of topless women but none of that man junk. It was even in the Calgary Sun today. Boobs are not genitalia.
