Tough job for Nolan when you know the team is tanking and all you get to do is try and develop some good habits for the young players. As far as I can see he did a good job but you have to wonder about his future as he leaves this job as a loser. Maybe the Leafs will want him as they should be in the same position next season.
As for Babcock, if he moves he'll want to be more than just a coach. He reminds me of the Scotty Bowman situation when he coached Montreal and didn't get the chance to move up to GM so he moved on to Buffalo as their GM with mixed results.
