I have tweeted this suggestion to Sportsnet 960 to no avail. Broadcast rights are often complicated, but if they do in fact have the rights to do this, it would be a handy feature.
The Team 1410 in Vancouver archives their Whitecaps games, and I have noticed that they also do this for the Canucks. So you can listen on demand afterwards. Maybe they've got special rights to do stuff like that, or maybe they're technically not supposed to, but their play-by-play is available on demand.
