Now, lets say were down by a goal in the dying minutes. Are you going to throw Drew freaking Shore out there? No. But you can guarantee that Bennett would be playing and there is a damn good chance he could be the difference.
That's my $0.02 and why I think sitting Bennett is a stupid decision and has been this whole time.

Even if Bennett were in the lineup, he might not necessarily be out there in the dying minute of the game. I can recall a few games early on in the season, our 2nd PP unit and at least 2x when we were down by a goal with a minute left in the game, Johnny was sitting on the bench... history shows that Hartley would probably end up throwing out Colborne (who had a great game last night) or Raymond out there, and not the new rookie.
