It's a blurry picture, but here's a screen grab of the Bouma shot block. Hard to see where the puck is so I highlighted it with a red circle, looks like right around the ribcage, probably with the angle Bouma was at the puck could have found its way underneath the shoulder pads. Hopefully its not a cracked rib but that is what it looks most likely to be.
