It is fair and I agree with you that the success has been driven by individual players stepping up, but I ask you who has pushed these players to succeed? Who has created the environment for them to succeed?
I think you can point to many people, some having bigger impacts than others. These include and not limited to our captain Gio, our coach Hartley, and players like Hudler, Wideman, and Russell.

Yes, exactly. Maybe part of individuals playing so well and buying in is due to Hartley's loyalty to players going through ups and downs in terms of results.
