If Winnipeg and LA go undefeated there's nothing that Calgary can do

Calgary right now holds the ROW on both teams, so if Calgary ends up tied with either of the teams they are in.

LA doesn't play Winnipeg again. The only head to head is Calgary Winnipeg and Calgary LA

If Calgary steals a point from either of those teams then things are a lot more interesting.

But if Calgary beats Arizona and gets a point against LA and Winnipeg they finish at 97 points

If LA loses one game in their next four against Oilers, Flames, Canucks and Sharks they finish at 98.

If Winnipeg loses one game in their next 4 games against the Wild, Blues, Avs and Flames they finish with 98 points but their schedule is a bit of a night mare.

If LA loses against the Canucks and the Flames win tomorrow against Yotes, the Flames will be up by three points going into the Flames game and a Flames win pretty much puts the Kings away.

We don't have control, a 2-0-1 record putting the Flames at 98 points pretty much puts the Flames in the playoffs.

Even a 2-1 record for the Flames puts the Flames in the playoffs due to them having beaten one of LA or Winnipeg.

It does look like 97 points is going to be a playoff barrier.
