I don't think anyone is entitled to say Bennett is an "obvious upgrade" until they see him like Hartley does - in practice every day. He's certainly the best prospect for a long time, maybe ever, meaning he has a ton of potential. But he hasn't scored 30 like Monahan, over 20 like Gaudreau, Hudler, Raymond or Jones, or even one like Ferland. Let's give the kid a chance to establish himself before we anoint him as an upgrade over player X. That's creating expectations which may not be fulfilled right away. Heck, I remember lots of posters who figured either Sven or Poirier or Wolf were obvious upgrades over particular guys. And they weren't.
