Bit of a side comment, but I always love it when people that buy in High River, or some other town outside the city, downplay how long it takes them to get into the city and make the argument that their commute is really no different than people that live in the suburbs. Daily commuters that live in Okotoks will claim their commute is the same as those that live in the deep NW, while those that live in Cochrane will make a similar claim of those that live in the deep south. Uhhhh...
