I cant see how it wouldn't cross westbound Bow Trail given the scope, but then again, that's likely too close to the river. I just struggle with the size of the complex on that plot of land. Love the idea, love the location, it's just so, small.

Easy. Just Copy LA Live
- Staples Center = New Saddledome
- Nokia Theater = New McMahon
- Club Nokia = New bars, restaurants (and I would hope a decent Casino)
- Luxe Hotels = Amateur fieldhouse (whatever a fieldhouse is??)
- LA Convention Center = Big ass parking garage.
Sprinkle in some hotels & apartment highrises, and you got yourself an entertainment district people want to go to.
