I would suggest then that the street parking north of 4th Avenue SW on 7th Street SW be eliminated from 3:30 pmto 6:30 pm. That would add 50% more southbound lanes on 7th Avenue SW and therefore better access to 5th Avenue S.

I called 311 about this a year ago. I received a phone call saying that my suggestion was unnecessary.
