So you're implying he knew that Gaustad was going to suddenly turn when he did, and skated in that direction for about ten feet, because of his incredible ability to sense when he can get a cheap shot in?

I think it's more likely he was going a direction. Gaustad was going a direction. Gaustad changed direction. Burrows did not.

Unfortunate, but incidental. And it seems the league agrees, though I am not sure that helps or hurts my position.

How did he "hit". He doesn't even change the direction his torso is facing to leverage into it. He literally skates in a straight line and gets bumped into, he just saw it coming and braced for it.

Also POC looks to be the shoulder/chest. Not to say that can't cause a concussion. Andrew Alberts will never play another game off a similar thing.
