We booked a cruise at the end of February for December this year. The cruise was quite cheap because they were offering kids (or 3rd/4th guest) sail free. We'll be spending 2 nights in Miami before the cruise and 1 night there after the cruise. I haven't checked out hotels yet but I'm expecting that cost will be pretty high. Flights were booked with Aeroplan miles so that saved us a few bucks as well.
Outside of that and having a large spruce tree removed from our yard this summer I'm trying not to spend money too haphazardly. Purchasing a travel trailer this year was previously contemplated but likely won't happen now.
