We get the next 2 years of RFA. I feel $2.25 million a piece for those is fair.

Following those 2 years, we're into his UFA years, and this may be his only decent contract, as he plays a very physically demanding game.

And, history has shown, some ridiculous UFA contracts have been thrown around, but he's still years from that option.

With that in mind, I'd pay $3.25 million for 2 of his UFA years.

$11.5 million over 4 years
