Sure, but the Wildrose then may not be the Wildrose now, and the Redford Tories may not be the Prentice Tories, etc. Such ridings may benefit from voter apathy, given a Wildrose voter may not switch to Liberal even if they don't want to vote PC, etc.
You're basically just falling into your usual "lets argue absolutes to trash Wildrose and/or people I don't like" shtick again.
