I disagree, billions of dollars are spent each year to help people who
want to be helped, problem is it's a fine line between peoples rights when it comes to people who
don't want the help and are dangerous.
For instance Elliot Rodger's family tried to get help for their son 6 months before he murdered six and injured more last May, they even had the cops go to his apartment and talk to him, he fooled them and in the end he clearly didn't want help...he just wanted to kill before he died.
