Talk to your family doctor and see if there is anything he can or is willing to prescribe you to calm your nerves for flights. That's what I do and my family doctor was really understanding. You could go to a walk-in clinic potentially as well, but you will probably get better info from your family doctor.
I used to be so afraid of flying that if I knew I had to fly somewhere even several months ahead of time, I would have bouts of panic. I even bailed just hours before a trip before because I didn't want to fly.
