Is he a dick about a lot of issues? Yea and he deserved to be fired for sure for the assault. Is BBC losing it's biggest show, yep. I not sure he's a bully that much. He was drunk at the time and apparently realized his mistake when he sobered up. He immediately texted, called and apologized in person to the producer before reporting the incident to BBC management himself.

Sounds more like a person with some major anger management issues rather than a bully/thug who enjoys the problems they cause.
