Great memory! Until you posted that, I completely forgot I went to two season ticket holder events that partial lockout season/summer where King implied the announcement would come shortly after the municipal election. Oh, and he always adds we (season tickets holders) will know in advance of anyone else. Hilarious how excited I was looking back now, or any time it's happened. Although that particular time had the flood so nothing they could do...the others, though?
