I few pages back I talked about the effect of the current $40-$50 oil. Selling those PSL is going to be a very hard sell right now in corporate Calgary. Companies are turning the screws on stationery and travel expenses - do you think they'll be lining up to pay tens of thousands (hundreds of thousands?) for PSL for hockey tickets?
Again, the current economic climate has likely forced Calgary Sport & Entertainment to jump through extra hoops, just like any other commercial real estate deal.
