You could switch to Shaw Direct or Bell satellite as those carriers have the other Sportsnet feeds in HD.
Here are the channels for the Kings five game road trip.
Devils on Sportsnet but not on the West channel
Rangers on Sportsnet but not on the East channel
Islanders on SN 360 and Sportsnet but not on the East channel
Wild on all Sportsnet channels
Blackhawks on the Ontario channel only
