You're not kidding. It doesn't stop with the traffic though, it goes much, much further than that.

Thats exactly what's happened in Kelowna too. Went from like 50k to 150k in less than 20 years. Now they're eons behind in terms of infastructure. But they have great health care there from what I hear.
