Jbo made team Canada he obviously he had some skill. His time in Calgary wasn't great but he had a big bounce back year the year he was traded. A top pairing dman definitely has value. Especially when he still has a year remaining. Bob Mckenzie reported that Detroit offered us Nyquist and Tatar and Jay turned it down. Further evidence that Jay doesn't have a clue when it comes to valuing players. Could you imagine this team right now with Tatar and Nyquist? At minimum that would give us some very quality trade pieces and would have really pushed this rebuild forward. A late 1st was terrible value. Antoine Vermette as a rental just landed a 1st. Andrej Sekera just landed a 1st and a good prospect (2014 2nd).
