The Sabra and Shatila Refugee Camp Tragedy to which you refer contained Palestinian Muslims. Ariel Sharon allowed Christian militias into the camps, and the militias proceeded to kill Palestinian Muslims. The Lebanese Christian Militias worked with the Israeli Army to combat radical Islamic forces in South Lebanon until the Israeli withdrawal in 2000.
