Not Israel, that is for sure. Israeli forces under the command of Ariel Sharon (before he was their elected leader) massacred Christians in Lebanon. Lebanon's President is also a Christian, as a matter of fact.
It's also worth noting that while Druze consider themselves Muslims, most other Muslims do not consider Druze to be Muslims.
