WHY would Israel drop a laser guided bomb onto a clearly marked UN outpost? Was the UN operating in civilian areas? Were there Hezbollah in the outpost?
Have you ever heard of the fog of war? Friendly fire incidents are unfortunately a regular happen stance in war. The other day IDF accidently shelled one its own APCs and wounded some soldiers.

That's Hizbollah's flag beside the UN flag. There are reports that a Hizbollah base was located near the UN observation post, as well as reports that Hizbollah and UN people were on the same water and telephone system.

Doesn't this remind anyone of Peter Hansen and his admission of having Hamas people on his staff? Even after there was evidence that Hamas was using UN marked ambulances to ship missiles and arms.
