nobody ever does.
that's the problem.
israel is never taken to task for the myriad of abuses it commits, some of them very sick.
they have AIPAC and the media's ear. plus the subconcious aquiesence of people that grew up singing psalms with the word 'israel' in them 20 to a page.
not holding israel to the standards of other countries in the region is a major reason people are so ****y over there.
iran is a member of the non-proliferation treaty for example, a functioning member.
USS liberty was startlingly sickening - machine-gunning surviving american sailors in lifejackets, OH MY GOD.
but does that even really compare to a zionist power structure that started hostilities on purpose with their arab neighbours and friends, by declaring to the world that they would colonize them and chase them off land and kill those that wouldn't get out of the way in the first zionist congress of 1897?
sickest of all in my opinion was the high-level cooperation between zionist leaders and nazis - unbelievable really. all those fleeing the horrors of hitler, to palestine, into a situation not of their own making. they weren't looking for more war, but the theodor hertl's and the chazz weizsmann's (sp?) had other ideas. war was a guarantee. what had gone on in palestine in the early 20th century had been nothing short of ethnic cleansing. these sick ****os have never been taken to task, and the heirs to their atrocities still run israel today.
here's a lovely picture of israeli children sending notes to their neighbours:
