The usefulness of the UN is not in question here. I think that we all agree that the UN is only as strong as any member of the Security Council lets them to be. There needs to be an overhaul of this system before it has any sort of practical use.
The question is:
WHY would Israel drop a laser guided bomb onto a
clearly marked UN outpost? Was the UN operating in civilian areas? Were there Hezbollah in the outpost?
