Are you serious?!?!?! Do you have any idea of the ecological imprints due to the hydro dams with HydroQuebec? We're talking about forests being flooded and lethal mercury being released into the water as a result.

Although I would have to say, if done correctly, hydro power is probably a pretty good option.
