All it was meant to be was a snapshot to get discussion moving. To be honest though. How much would it really change the distribution ?
Regardless. I called it currency because it is what you can use to buy things. Certainly there are flaws but it shows how teams near the top can just buy whatever they want, while other teams can not even bring in an RFA Aged 2nd liner.
