There's a problem, or at the very least extremely poor word choice. It's not their parks any more than it's the Mexican Mennonites', if the Mexicans want to use them peacefully and the other Taber residents are uncomfortable being around them, #### the bigoted Taber residents.

That means you have to detain them, investigate fully, collect witness statements (what are the odds the witnesses are going to be cooperative?), and issue a Summons to Criminal Court next Tuesday. Oh yeah, God forbid that the police officers follow Canadian laws and protocols when dealing with citizens when it's so much more convenient to just take away the rights they are granted in the Charter of Rights.
Prior to reading this, I just assumed it was an overzealous police force in a rural town looking to stop no-good teenagers. Now, if this writer can be believed, it comes down to a racist town trying to chase out a group of people they are "uncomfortable" being around.
