I think Hickey's stock could get to that high end range but every team has prospects like the other 3 you mentioned. I'm excited about those guys too but they are not high end.
A high end defense project is a Josh Morrisey or Madison Bowey. The 4 flames you mentioned aren't close to that kind of asset.
