The St. Louis Blues have traded the much speculated, available Ryan Murray and a 2nd round pick to the New Jersey Devils for Anton Stralman.

The Blues acquired Murray in a deal earlier this season in a deal that saw Jakub Voracek leave town and later decided to flip him for a defenseman that would help the team both now and for the forseeable future. The Blues are excited to see Stralman become a major part of a new defense core being built after suffering for the majority of the season with one of the worst defensive cores in the NHL.
