Nobody should ever hate a country. It is absolutely and indisputably wrong, because hating a country is equivalent to hating its people. Hating some other country's political regime, foreign policies, economics, taxation etc. is fine provided that your reasons are rational and logically sound and, provided, you are open to changing your views based on other people's rational arguments.
