I never said he was a slam dunk, those are your words....but why throw away a blue chip prospect when he is performing as expected when put in his expected role?, and why refuse to give him that role after a brief trial.
I think he'd look pretty good on the 2nd line right about now.
Anyway, he isn't a Flame anymore, so we have to move on....I am not just going to pretend that it was a good decision like others have.

LOL, better results than Monahan. Stop making excuses for him. And why did you include Seto in your argument. He played what 12 games for this team and is currently in Glen Falls................... He did not prevent Sven from getting a spot, and even with his demotion Sven could not take advantage of it.
If you feel Sven is a better player than Monahan when given the right chance, that's your call I guess..................
