I distinctly remember I had to walk 4 blocks away from 17th through Bankview before the noise finally subsided and I could hear the ringing in my ears.
Lot of damn fun.

I was at that game too but I was alone! A lone 9th grader watching the game.
My dumb friend convinced me that if I could get even get a single ticket he knew of a way to sneak us into the game. Of course he was wrong so when I managed to get a ticket and I asked him how we're going to do it, he couldn't actually come up with a plan so I had to decide if I'm going to go or if I'm going to sell the ticket. Happily, I decided to go and it was totally worth it!
Too bad I was 13 years old so I went straight from the game to my mom who was waiting in the parking lot for me and got a ride home. Oh man I can only imagine if I was the age I am now.
