I'm not bothered by any other scouting reports than the Flames. If for example he is projected to go in the mid 2nds but our scouts feel he is worth our 1st then so be it.
I would also agree with those who want to keep all our 1-3 round picks and draft numbers, unless of course an outstanding prospect stands out to them enough that they want to move up. The one thing I don't us to do is to flip a 2nd or 3rd for a bottom 6 forward/3rd pairing defencemen. I think Treliving knows he underestimated the quality of the roster we had last June(not blaming him, we all did), hence why he signed Engelland and got Bollig for a 3rd. But we now have enough players to fill the bottom roles a couple of times over. What we need is to start targeting players(in the draft that is) who can potentially make the top 4 and top 6 respectively.
