I feel like the season ending cliffhanger will be a situation where Rick's group and Deanna's group come to some sort of conflict, and just when it reaches its zenith, the Wolves (which I am assuming is what the W is about) will show up.

Maybe except for the unlatching of the window, and the climbing in during the night.....
