If it's 30,000+ fans on the street, the police will be unable force them to the sidewalks. Like the final few games of 04, they will shut down 17th to motorized traffic.
Believe it or not, the CP are already looking at plans to control or contain. Everything depends on the crowd attitude. If it's anything like 04 (min damage caused and a generally happy crowd) then restrictions will be at the minimum but presence will be geared up. But if turns out to be Canuck or Leafs happy... well let's hope that doesn't happen..
I just cross my fingers that we get a chance to recreate 04.
