Get it fixed first (I assume you either aren't handy enough to do it yourself or don't have the tools... if you can however, do it yourself as you can find everything you need to know about fixing the car on the web)
or find yourself a back yard mechanic to fix it up and then advertise it on Kijji but don't let the ridiculously low ball offers insult you.
