The biggest problem with the Internet is it gives absolute idiots a platform to drool from.

He's the typical smarta$$ moron who has too high of a dependancy on advanced stats because frankly he has no clue about Hockey whatsoever so he blisters with BS.

I think he actually watches as much Flames hockey as I watch My Little Pony, but that's the great equalizer with some of these people, they claim to watch the game.

Hey's he's absolutely right about the Flames/Flyers game, frankly the Flames weren't that good.

Look you can't measure possession stats and judge a team when their game isn't based around a possession game. The Flames take risks score a lot of goals at the start of the rush or on turnovers.

Advanced Stats are ok in my mind if you actually understand a team's game plan and personal, but to throw them out in a column with that much contempt dripping from his words makes him look like a jealous self possessed fool.

Frankly he might as well move right on to telling us that Jean Luc Picard was the better Captain because he was a diplomat, then he can tell us that in the rest of the world Soccer is called football, That iceland is green and greenland is covered in ice, and that he liked hero's better then lost because they actuallyexplained stuff.

Besides I believe this guy is actually an Oilers fan so he wouldn't know how hockey games are won.
