Mine would depend upon the basis from which these changes were being made.
i.e. if I was previously making a billion dollars for one hour of work per week with lock tight job security and a gold plated pension I'd be just fine with it. If I was previously making $40K for 80 hours of work per week with no job security or pension I'd be upset.
