How he articulated it was wrong. What people are reacting to is that he should
first assign blame to his
own party for the problems, not the ordinary citizen. They've been tasked by citizens to lead the province and properly manage our finances (which are vast).
It would be like the Oilers management blaming the fans for team being No Good.
