Probably a lot. Back then it was just the Flames and Hitmen so they were likely looking at an arena and practice facility or secondary arena for the Hitmen.
Since then they acquired the Stampeders and The Roughnecks, and lately theres even been talk about a soccer team.
Not just a reset, but a whole rethink of the entire project.
I'm with Muta though, I think the thing is going to be nuts when they get it all together.
